| The last couple of months have been an exciting time at the practice, full of fun events, good news and hard work as always. |
| Estelle took a break from Newcastle to spend two days with webmaster Beth, in Dorset. They worked tirelessly on the website (honest! only one quick break to wander the country lanes) before coming up with a modern new look and updated pages throughout the site. We hope you like it and find all the chiropractic information you need. |
| There'll be more soon, with plans brewing and new ideas in development. |

| ... is James Anderson. James has been a client for many years and we have worked together to keep him in fighting form and in great balance. |
| Over his time with us we have been proud to support him as he bettered his rankings each year and this year has won gold and world number one status in each category he has fought. Congratulations! |

Talking of achievements

| James isn't the only person to rise to a challenge. Last month, Kevin Maughan reached new heights on his trek up Jebel Toubkal in Morocco, raising funds for St Oswins Hospice. Thanks to everyone who supported him and the cause. |
| And, of course, we have to thank you all for again supporting St Oswins Hospice and the Whitley Bay Foodbank through Toy Day here at the practice. We had a fantastic day and it was such a lot of fun testing the toys before they were collected by the Salvation Army and St Oswalds, both of whom were very grateful and overwhelmed by the generosity of our clientele. |
