How’s your calendar this month? If it's anything like ours, it will have dates ringed all over the place. Appointments to keep, events to attend, catch-ups with friends and family plus those special celebrations to organise. Oh, and the cooking if everyone is descending on your home!

At the the practice the biggest ring on our calendar is December 3rd as we approach Toy Day with our usual excitement. Apart from supporting the Salvation Army and the Bay Foodbank, we always have the most fun on this one day of the year as it launches all the festivities we are looking forward to. Thanks in advance for participating or, if you haven’t got an appointment, please get in touch.

We are also focussing on all the things that keep us healthy through the winter with the cold weather descending. Upping the vitamin D, getting out and moving as much as we can in daylight, eating well and trying to minimise the sugar and other demons of December (alcohol being the biggie) and enjoy the love of friends and family that this time of year brings. Of course, getting adjusted regularly can help us all through the added stress of the holiday period.

We are happy to get you checked leading up to the festivities knowing how stressful that, and the days after can be, to help make sure we are all hitting 2026 in the best shape possible!
