We are now taking bookings for our 17th Annual Toys and Food for Adjustment Day, supporting the Salvation Army and the Bay Foodbank. 

Clients with appointments that day will have their usual fee waived in exchange for a new toy or non-perishable food item (recommended to the equivalent value of your adjustment). Donated toys or books need to be unwrapped and suitable for a child under the age of 16; foods should be suitable for long-term storage. 

With so many people struggling to make ends meet, please try and give even something small for the Foodbank or the Salvation Army – they quietly get on with helping so many people, so we’d love it if we could ease a bit of worry and stress during a particularly busy time of year for those in need. 

If you don’t have an appointment but would still like to support TOY DAY,
items can be dropped in to the clinic during office hours. For appointments
